Smoke is the main cause of death in tunnel fires. It is one of the important measures to maintain smoke stratification in the early stage of tunnel fire. This article focused on experimentally studying the combined effect of lateral concentrated smoke extraction and longitudinal ventilation on the smoke stratification, which never be revealed before. The velocity of the smoke layer and air layer, vertical temperature distribution, and the flow patterns of the smoke were measured. It was found that the longitudinal ventilation and lateral concentrated smoke extraction would affect the flow of the smoke and change the shear velocity between the smoke layer and air layer, then, the patterns of the smoke layer will be affected. And the flow patterns with Froude (Fr) number can be classified into three categories: (a)Fr < 0.6 , with stable smoke stratification; (b) 0.6 < Fr < 0.85 , with a stable smoke stratification but the blurring interface; and (c) Fr > 0.85 , the smoke layer is completely unstable. The result can provide a reference for ventilation design of immersed tube tunnels.  相似文献

Existing solutions for axisymmetric active earth pressure are based on certain hypotheses of the circumferential stress, lacking of strict basis. This article presents a technique for deriving the actual circumferential stress according to the circumferential geometric condition, the Drucker-Prager criterion and incremental theory. Based on the actual circumferential stress, a new characteristics method for determining the axisymmetric active earth pressure in plastic flow is developed in this article. In this new method, the inclined angle of boundaries, interface friction of contact interface, dilatation effect and flow velocity of soil are considered at the same time. The validity of the new method is confirmed using several sets of experimental data from the literature. The pressure coefficients are investigated individually in detail, and some different conclusions are found. Finally, a practical formula for calculating axisymmetric active earth pressure is presented based on the linear superposition principle, and related tables of coefficients are also provided for engineering application.  相似文献

Abstract

Electric Discharge Milling Machining (EDMM) simplifies the electrode manufacturing process and reduces the cost. However, the introducing of new parameters, such as the three-dimensional motion and the electrode rotation speed, results in a periodic change of control state that can reduce the control performance and processing efficiency. In this work, ultrasonic vibration of tool electrode was used to improve the processing efficiency of ceramic materials. The effect of ultrasonic vibration on the EDMM process was analyzed by comparing the experimental findings. The results have shown that the ultrasonic vibration can improve the material removal rate, and a treble processing efficiency was achieved. The effect of processing parameters on the material removal rate, such as the open voltage, the peak current, the pulse during time and the pulse off time, was analyzed. When aided with the ultrasonic vibration, the best processing efficiency was achieved at 220?V for the open voltage, 10?A for the peak current and 15?μs for both the pulse during time and pulse off time.  相似文献

纳米蒙脱土(MMT)用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵进行改性制得有机改性的MMT(OMMT),用其作为聚乙烯醇(PVAL)的改性材料,采用溶液共混、流涎成膜制得PLA/OMMT复合材料,考察了OMMT的用量对PVAL复合材料性能的影响。用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、万能力学试验机等对复合材料性能及结构进行表征和分析。结果表明,FTIR显示十六烷基三甲基溴化铵成功进入MMT结构中,OMMT成功制得;随着OMMT添加量的增加,复合材料热稳定性提高,断裂伸长率降低,拉伸强度呈现先增加后降低趋势,当其含量为9%时达到最大;SEM显示OMMT含量9%时,OMMT与PVAL相容性最好,表面光滑,含量再增加,出现团聚现象,力学性能受到影响。  相似文献

High-resolution melting (HRM) analysis has been improved and applied for the first time to quantitative analysis of enzymatic reactions. By using the relative ratios of peak intensities of substrates and products, the quantitativity of conventional HRM analysis has been improved to allow detailed kinetic analysis. As an example, the ligation of sticky ends through the action of T4 DNA ligase has been kinetically analyzed, with comprehensive data on substrate specificity and other properties having been obtained. For the first time, the kinetic parameters (kobs and apparent Km) of sticky-end ligation were obtained for both fully matched and mismatched sticky ends. The effect of ATP concentration on sticky-end ligation was also investigated. The improved HRM method should also be applicable to versatile DNA-transforming enzymes, because the only requirement is that the products have Tm values different enough from the substrates.  相似文献

利用OM、SEM、XRD、维氏硬度以及力学性能试验机等,研究了非自耗电弧熔炼炉制备的ZrBN合金(BN=0.5wt%,0.7wt%,1.0wt%,1.5wt%,2.0wt%)的显微组织、断口形貌、相结构以及力学性能。结果表明:加入BN后,合金中出现了金属间化合物ZrB2相的衍射峰,且强度随着BN含量的增加而升高。随着BN的加入,合金晶粒尺寸明显细化,且分布均匀,在BN含量到达1.5wt%之后,棒状ZrB2相尺寸急剧增大。当合金中BN含量为0.5wt%时,合金表现出良好的综合力学性能,其最大压缩强度、屈服强度以及压缩塑性分别为1311 MPa、928 MPa以及16.71%,压缩断口呈韧性断裂模式。随着BN含量的增加,合金的塑韧性显著降低,压缩断口逐渐转呈现为脆性断裂。  相似文献
